FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: device has control signal shaper 1, differentiating amplifier 6, functional converter 3 for converting the signal from speed sensor, summing unit 4 with limitation of the signal whose output is simultaneously the output of the device, two multiplying elements 2 and 5, non-linearity unit 8 and modulus detector unit 7. Input of unit 7 is connected with output of differentiating amplifier 6 and its output is connected to the input of summing unit 4 with limitation of the signal through non-linearity unit 8 and multiplying element 5. Second input of unit 4 is connected with output of functional converter 3 from speed sensor whose second output is connected to the input of multiplying element 2 whose second input is connected to control signal shaper 1. The output of multiplying element 2 is simultaneously connected with second input of multiplying element 5 and with the input of differentiating amplifier 6. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 6 dwg
