SUBSTANCE: device has frame, roll holder, guide and drive rollers, mechanism for opening the hose including rods capable of turning in the vertical plane and grips for holding side folds of the hose, heating elements for making lateral seams at the hose, mechanism for cutting the hose, and mechanism for pulling the hose onto a package. Rotatable rods have the form of V-shaped two-arm levers. One arm of each V-shaped lever carries a heating element, whereas the other is provided with a vacuum grip.
