FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: rotor has helical paddles. Helix is formed around the axis of the rotor. Annular casing embraces the rotor at the outside. The blade is twisted in the form of a spiral. The blades are secured to outer edge of a common rotor. The diameter of the rotor progressively increases axially from inlet to outlet. The paddles and blades converge at one point located at the axis of rotation. Peripheral edges of the paddles are sharpened. The blades overlap inlet part of the paddles.
