FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: in order to solve the problem of voltage, regulation is carried out due to bringing additional capacitors batteries by means of thyristor switches. Null detector, voltage transformer, phase-shifting units, inivibrators and AND gates are introduced into the device. Any phase of the battery has AND gate and thyristor switch. Commutation overvoltages are absent, when sections of additional capacitors are connected. Device provides improvement in quality of recuperated power, modes of operation of capacitors and thyristor switches may be improved either, that results to increased reliability of operation of accident electric power supply equipment and to improve safety of operation in trouble modes.
