FIELD: digital electric measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: unit has standard voltage source, analog-to-digital converter, difference amplifier, one more analog-to-digital converter, adders, registers and control unit. Output of the registers are connected to inputs of the second adder. Output of the first adder is connected with information inputs of the second register. As digital-to-analog converter the circuit is used, based upon voltage-to-current converter, current dividers, digit switches and switches. Control inputs of all above mentioned members are integrated together and has to be digital control input of digital-to-analog converter, which is connected to one output of control unit 5. Errors in differential and integral linearity of digital-to-analog converter may be compensated without increase in dynamic error. EFFECT: improved precision of the device. 2 cl, 4 dwg
