FIELD: manufacture of pumps. SUBSTANCE: mounted in the housing is flexible separating member which forms working chamber and hold-down member mounted for successive engagement with the bearing surface through separating member. One of surfaces being engageable, bearing surface, for example is conical in shape and other is flat. Separating member is secured on the housing by its edges; its central part is secured on the hold- down member for precessional motion relative to the fixed point coinciding with the point located on the vertex of the cone.
