FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: stabilized voltage converter is meant for secondary power supply sources. Push-pull amplifier is set in action from generator of rectangular voltage. Switching on of each transistor of it is delayed till natural process of switching off of transistor operated before is over. For this signals from supplementary winding of output transformer are used. Novelty of invention consists in that necessary amplification of signals of generator is performed with the aid of buffer elements with open collectors. For supply of power amplifier built on p-n-p transistors sum of voltages is used: positive polarity for supply of microcircuits and negative polarity is supplied from stabilizer which inverts (changes polarity) primary voltage and so controls generated voltage that measured (and stabilized) voltage in feedback circuit is kept within preset limits. In this case unit for suppression of through currents is built on two transistors of p-n-p type of conductance. Junctions base-emitter of transistors of power amplifier are shunted in turn by spacings collector-emitter of these transistors. Control over transistors of unit for suppression of through currents is conducted both by signals from supplementary winding of output transformer and by signals from buffer elements of opposite arms. EFFECT: improved operational characteristics. 2 cl, 2 dwg
