FIELD: TV engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has unit 1 for separating total color videosignal to low-frequency and high-frequency components, five delay units 2,6,7,9,16, adder 3, unit 4 for measuring rest frequency of color subcarrier, color subcarrier rest frequency complex signal generator 5, two multipliers 8 and 11, controlled-band-pass lower frequency filter 10, frequency-modulated signal complex envelope generator 12, frequency-determinate complex envelope detector 13, signal differentiating unit 14, control signal former 15, subtracter 17. Tracking separation of color signal and tracking rejection of brightness signal spectrum are available in the device simultaneously with dynamic radiation of brightness band depending on peak-to-peak jumps of color signal frequency, combined with frequency feedback and control of band-pass of lower frequency filter in feedback loop, results to reduce in distortion of signals.
