FIELD: materials crushing. SUBSTANCE: crusher has shell 1 with outer cone 2 and inner cone 3. Their surfaces, which are facing each other, form crushing chamber 4. Working surface of cone 2 is provided with groves 5. In the upper third of chamber 4 in section with inner cone these grooves have profile of chamber of crusher of medium crushing. Inner cone is mounted on spherical support 6 fitted with shaft 7 and unbalanced vibrator 8. Shell is provided with rebound ring 9, which together with shell form annular chamber having pipe 14 for discharging cement of specified size and pipe 15 for returning insufficiently ground material back into the crusher.
