FIELD: in a medical technique. SUBSTANCE: method involves spraying aerosol by simultaneous and continuous dispensing and mixing the drops of a liquid substance and an air jet. The rate of the air jet is selected to be greater than the frequency of dispensing drops of the liquid substance. The air-and-liquid cloud, thus formed, is fed into an enclosure, in which animals are present. A constant hydrostatic pressure is maintained within the enclosure by leveling up and down a volumetric flask with the liquid substance to be dispensed. The concentration and dispersity of the liquid substance is maintained constant through a proper selection of means for its outflowing. EFFECT: improved quality of spraying. 3 cl, 1 dwg
