FIELD: foundry practice. SUBSTANCE: pattern set 4 is installed on table 3 of pressing cylinder 2. Air cylinders 14 for lifting and lowering of filling frame are mounted on upper crossbar 6. Pressing head 13 is delivered into machine over guides 11 while flasks and pattern sets 4 are fed over roller beds 7 and 16, respectively. Roller bed 7 is provided with leveling hydraulic cylinders 9. Shock-absorbing stops 17 lock the table in the required lower position. Machine incorporates pneumatic-hydraulic multiplier. On completion of pressing, table 3 together with pattern, flask and frame goes down and flask comes to rest on rods of hydraulic cylinders 9. Table stops and cylinders 9 are locked. After leveling of flask, table starts descending and half-mold is drawn. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 3 dwg
