FIELD: manufacturing nonwoven material. SUBSTANCE: sequence of filling threads are formed through moving a filling carrier which has numerous guides mounted on it and crosses the filling space separating two groups of filling holders. As the stroke ends the carrier is pushed or moved in the direction of warp and at the next stroke one more group of filling threads is laid across the filling space the threads being caught around filling holders. The pushing movement is such that at every stroke of the filling carrier, except for the first one, some of the laid filling threads, but not all of them, are disposed between the threads previously laid through one another filling carrier and the remaining filling threads laid at this stroke are apart so that the following series of filling threads can be disposed between them as this or other filling carrier makes the next stroke. EFFECT: providing a new and improved method and machine. 17 cl, 14 dwg
