SUBSTANCE: device comprises base, holder with thermal cutter in the form of electrically-heated string, material delivery means, means for adjusting heating temperature of cutter string, mechanism for relative movement of holder or material-supporting table, in two relatively- perpendicular directions, rigid tray on the table for holding the material, master forms installed on cutter string with a provision for moving along the latter, and connected with electric contacts, and a means for removing combustion products from cutting-out zone.
