SUBSTANCE: coded device has mechanism for locking of mechanical lock including electromagnet and spring-loaded pin which jams locking plate of mechanical lock; power source; two-contact switch for unlocking lock from the inside, located from inner side of door; indicating light-emitting diode which lights when key card is correctly introduced, and flickers for time preset by timer in introduction of key card with correct code located from the outer side of door; body with slotted holes for introduction and withdrawal of key card, and key code reader arranged in body in body; logic electronic circuit analyzing readout code, and in case of correct code, signal to lock unlocking mechanism; limit electric switch connecting power source to circuit of device locking in introduction of key card into body as far as it will go.
