FIELD: heat power industry. SUBSTANCE: devaporation line with dump valves and high-pressure cylinder are coupled to fresh steam line which carries key steam valve, shut-off and actuator valves. System of heating of flange joints of high-pressure cylinder communicates at inlet through collectors of flange and pin heating with fresh steam line and at outlet - with condenser. For increase of efficiency and reliability steam-turbine plant is provided with supplementary pipe-lines communicating dump line of system of heating of flange joints downstream from shut-off fixtures with collectors of flange heating and with devaporation line between dump valves as well as with pipe-line to feed steam to ejectors and end seals with dump line of system of heating of flange joints upstream from shut-off fixtures and with exhaust of high-pressure cylinder through pile-lines of steam extraction or through steam return pipes.
