Cone 9 is mounted on case 1 coaxially with it, bundle of fiber light guides 10 is positioned inside the cone. Part of outlet ends of the light guides is fastened in the walls of cone 9 and part of the outlet ends is fastened in washer 11 for lighting light-scattering member 12. The second ends of the light guides are irregularly combined into common inlet end 13.
