FIELD: consumer goods; control units. SUBSTANCE: control unit has pointer with information symbols and two plates at least mounted inside the case. The plates are disposed above the pointer, one above the other and in pairs-perpendicular one to the other. Any plate is connected with corresponding control means. Any control mean is mounted inside the case for reciprocating motion. Switches, which have actuating members, being connected with corresponding control means, are disposed on its both sides. Any switch is connected with one of inputs of the flip-flop, which has two inputs. Sizes of the plates are multiple to sizes of information symbols of the pointer. Sizes of any plate from the first pair provide overlapping of corresponding half of the pointer with symbols. Any plate from the second pair has a longitudinal cut-out. Length of the cut-out is equal to working length of the pointer, and width is equal to a quarter of width of the pointer, when total width of the plate is equal to three fourths of pointer width. The pointer is made in form of a flat plate. Case has a window for mounting the case and means for orienting the case. EFFECT: improved reliability; improved comfort of application. 5 cl, 16 dwg
