FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: device consists of dielectric vessel with hole in bottom part for supply of working fluid, flat electrodes installed above hole, and vertical dielectric partition between then to make electric discharges between electrodes over chains of granules of filled layer bend round partition from atop to extend in this way the discharge circuit. Partition is installed for its motion up and down, and device has mechanism for moving partition up and down, and adjust its protrusion above electrode edges. This allows regulation of electric resistance of discharge circuit and adjust it with source of current pulses. Besides, it is practicable to make lower edge of dielectric partition come beyond lower edges of electrodes for length exceeding partition thickness in its any position with adjustable height of projection of partition above electrode edges. This makes the path of current leakage in working fluid under partition longer to reduce losses of power. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 3 dwg, 2 tbl
