FIELD: naval engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has frames 1 and 2 made of dielectric on which solenoid windings are applied. Frames 1 and 2 with the aid of slides 4 and 5 are located on posts 6 and 7 adjacent to each other in horizontal plane and connected by means of conductors 8 to current source 9. Connected to slides 5 and 10 of posts 7 and 11 is set of plates 14 and 15 with rectangular coils 16 and 17 arranged on plate flat sides. Coils 16 and 17 are connected by means of conductors 18 and winding 3 in series. Installed on one of sides of each plate 14 and 15 is angle indicator. Model also includes windings 21-24 applied to dielectric frames 25-28 located on slides 4 and 29 of posts 6 and 30. Windings 21 and 22 simulate left and right arms, winding 23 - head, and winding 24 the swimmer's body with aqualungs of his body. Winding 3 applied to frame 1 simulates swimmer's left leg and winding 2, right leg. Coils 16 and 17 applied to plates 14 and 15 connected to slide 5 simulate right and left flippers. Each cross-section of frames, with due consideration of linear scale of modelling, coincides with respective section of swimmer's modelled body. Extended functional potentialities due to modelling hydrodynamic field of parts of body of fighter-swimmer. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 dwg
