FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: modular blocks 1 of a mountable/dismountable structure are made as panels having projections 2 in the joint area formed by cuts 3 and grooves 4 and 5. Rigid splined joints 6 fix the jointed panels at different angles to each other. The spline joints enable to make flexible hinge-type couplings which facilitate a compatible joint work of all adjacent modules of the mountable/dismountable structure under load. The panels are hollow; they have a frame with a filler. Straight-sided spline joints are tightened together by a central bolt and have a mounting gap made in the grooves of jointed panels and equal to the height of the spline side face.
