FIELD: food processing industry. SUBSTANCE: unit has in combination vacuum chamber, pipe for delivering of cottage cheese and discharge flap. Two lock chambers are provided in the unit with the first one interposed between the feeding means and the vacuum chamber. The second lock chamber follows the device for discharging of cottage cheese from the vacuum chamber. The above-mentioned lock chambers are joined to the vacuum one through pipelines with vacuum gates with each of the latter having a port matching the diameter of the transporting pipeline. The lock chambers are connected together by an air collector having facilities for cooling air arranged on it for joining the second lock chamber.
