FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: essence of this method resides in that sportsmen take turpentine baths both after first training and 2 h before following one. Yellow bath solution must have concentration of 45 to 65 ml turpentine dissolved in 200 l of water heated to temperature or 38 to 41 C. Course of treatment must include 6 to 8 procedures each of which should last 15 to 20 min. EFFECT: disclosed method permits stepping up working capacity of sportsmen and improving their psychological status.
