Ash pulp and sludge are conveyed for clarification and to ash settling tank. Water from the stage of wet cleaning is discharged to the same tank. Mixed alkali water is pumped to remove ash and ensure wet cleaning of gases. Flowrate of water for wetting is found from the formula cited in the full description of the invention.
