FIELD: vehicles. SUBSTANCE: vehicle has a chassis on which frame a body is mounted, a portal boom with an additional cross bar hinged to the body for rotation by a drive in a vertical longitudinal plane, the cross bar is hinged on boom branches for rotation around its longitudinal axis. A carriage is mounted on the additional beam for movement by a double-rod hydraulic cylinder. Pulleys are mounted between the carriage rollers coaxially to them. The pulleys are fastened also to the boom portal branches. A cable carrying a hoisting member is reeved in the blocks. Brackets to which the rods of the hydraulic cylinder are fastened are secured to the ends of the beam, the body of the hydraulic cylinder is fastened to the carriage.
