FIELD: devices for breaking hung up loose materials in hoppers. SUBSTANCE: hung-up breaker has unbalanced rotor located in hopper and made in the form of plate with hole in its lower part. Center of this hole is disposed at distance "a" from longer side edge of the plate connected with drive shaft by means of mutually perpendicular hinges positioned one over the other. Axle of upper hinge is placed in said hole. Fastened rigidly to upper part of plate is pin with its axis passing through hole center. Pin rests upon vertical wall of hopper.
