FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: disk inserts, disposed on rod end sections, are fixed on the rods by means of an annular groove to prevent their axial and tangential displacements. The disk are designed for resting of heads of immobile and movable fixing bolts. A movable bolt, running through a hole lacking thread, is provided, on the butt of its end section, with a profiled prismatic hole to accommodate the tip of a bolt tightening tool.
