FIELD: electronics. SUBSTANCE: platform 8, mounted so as to be capable of joint movement with a table of one component vibration exciter, is given oscillations in direction, perpendicular to axis of the vibration exciter action, by mechanism of oscillations transformation, that has two plates 3 and more than two resonators 1. Ends of plates 3 are hinged to body 6, that is fixed on the table, and are located in parallel to axis of vibration exciter action. Opposite ends of plates 3 are rigidly connected with resonators, each of which is made as a cantilever beam with a set movable load 9. Resonator oscillations amplification factor is regulated with the help of cantilever plate 13, that is rigidly fixed on the body, and a set movable along it member to connect the plate with the resonator. Platform is rigidly fixed to the middle points of spans of the plates 3 and is provided with a vertical oscillations amplifier, amplitude-frequency characteristic of which has a flat part. Own frequencies of the platform and cantilever plates are correspondingly beyond and before resonance area of working frequencies of the apparatus.
