SUBSTANCE: impact test stand has hammers 2,21, pipe 4,5 with elbow 6 and damper 7, weighed lever 8 with clamps 9,10 for specimen 11, electromagnetic coil 12, stop 13. With electromagnetic coil 12 "on", hammer, when dropped, is closed by stop. After striking the specimen, there occur upward jumps of counterweight 8 with applying repeated blows so that the specimen is loaded by static stress. EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities. 1 dwg
