FIELD: aerial equipment. SUBSTANCE: cassegranian aerial is intended for SHF communication lines. In this type of aerial two-focus focusing element (lens) is installed between excitation source and subdish. Focal plane of second focus of lens is matched with plane of edges of subdish which are located in zone of zero intensity of field in focal plane. EFFECT: decreased level of side radiation and increased beam utilization coefficient are achieved thanks to reduced level of radiation of edges of subdish. 1 dwg
