FIELD: high-precision drives in mechanics and adaptive optics. SUBSTANCE: multiposition digital piezodrive has package of doubled positions. Each individual half of each position depending on ordinal number of position n has 2n-1 pairs of piezoelectric capacitors. Piezodrive enables working movements to both sides relative to starting position of drive to be ensured, electric strength to be enhanced as well as functional capabilities for separate digital-to-analog conversion of two independent alternating control signals with noninverting contribution of one and with inverting contribution of other into output of drive to be broadened. For this senior sign position is entered into piezodrive. Besides this each position including sign one has 2n-1 additional pairs of plane-parallel capacitors. In main pairs of each position piezoelectric capacitors have opposing direction of vectors of initial polarization and in additional pairs this direction is reverse. Internal electrodes of main pairs of piezoelectric capacitors are connected in parallel by positions to corresponding position code wires for feed of inverting control signal and internal electrodes of additional pairs - to corresponding wires for feed of noninverting control signal. Internal electrodes main pairs of piezoelectric capacitors of senior sign position are connected to proper senior sign position wire for feed of noninverting control signal. Internal electrodes of additional pairs of senior sign position are coupled to senior sign wire for feed of inverting signal and external electrodes of all pairs are interconnected and linked to specified wire.
