FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: soil-cultivating apparatus has needle 1, transverse beam 2 with supporting wheels 3, V-shape located sections with frames 4 and working units 5 and hydraulic mechanism 6 to transfer them in working or transportation positions. Needle and transverse beam are connected to each other by horizontal hinges 7 and hydraulic mechanism is fixed between them with the help of cantilever 8. Frames are connected with transverse beam through left crank 9 and right crank 10, that are mounted in vertical hinges 11, rigidly fixed on the beam and differently spaced from axis, and in vertical hinges 12, that are moveably connected with frames, and by levers 13 and pressing poles 14. Transverse beam, using fixed on it forks 15, rests at wheels. In working process, using hydraulic mechanism 6, left crank 9 and right crank 10, they exercise transverse beam 2 twisting by necessary angle to obtain horizontal position of working units sections and uniform depth of soil cultivation.
