Load chute 8 is located ahead of the crusher rotor. The device has discharge window 9 with discharge screen 10, slag receiver 11 located after the mill rotor. Baffle 12 is mounted between the crusher and mill rotors, and adjustable threshold 13 is mounted at the bottom. The baffle has deflector 15. Additional threshold 16 may be mounted in the case in a spaced relation to the rotor.
