FIELD: fluidics. SUBSTANCE: device forming a fluid feed channel is made in the form of a sleeve positioned in a body. The sleeve has an axial hole made in its bottom, the hole faces a spraying nozzle. The spraying nozzle device is made in the form of semicylinder inserts mounted on the outlet of the body with a slotted clearance to form a slotted nozzle. The sprayer has an U-shaped fluid jet splitter mounted in the sleeve bottom and positioned in the nozzles. One of the semicylinder inserts is connected to the output of a high-voltage power source, and the second one is grounded. EFFECT: improved structure. 13 cl, 12 dwg
