FIELD: foundry. SUBSTANCE: press mold consists of stationary and mobile semimolds. Semimold 2 has upright strips, horizontal molding cores 4 and vertical locking rods secured in it for interacting with gear wheel 6. The strips have slot Z and bores with openings B configured in the same fashion as upright molding cores with stop chamfers. The press mold has gating system for the delivery of pattern compound. The cooling water is supplied via a sleeve. The final pattern sections are discharged through pushers. EFFECT: construction will permit exact fixing of the horizontal cores through locking joint. 4 dwg
