FIELD: wood- working industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves employment of polyurethane foam binding agent containing mixture of elementary polyethers, stabilizer of foam, foaming agent. As solidification catalyst is used solution (0.5: 10) of salicylic ether of acetic acid in ethyl acetate in amounts of 10.5-17.0 units of mass and polyisocyanate in amounts of 160-180 units of mass with the following proportion of components (units of mass) : crushed wood - 100, polyurethane foam binding agent - 10-40. EFFECT: enhanced operating capabilities.
