First hydraulic cylinder of arm is communicated by means of piston hollow with inlet of one of check valves which is controllable and whose outlet is communicated with hydraulic accumulator, and control hollow, with hydraulic line communicating distributor with working hollow of second hydraulic cylinder of arm and inlet of reducing valve. Its outlet is communicated with hydraulic line of piston hollow of arm first hydraulic cylinder whose rod hollow is communicated with branch of six-line distributor.
