SUBSTANCE: liquid level indicator has two-arm lever 7 disposed in a reservoir; compensator 12 with permanent magnet 10 and float 8 mounted on its arms, a ratio of buoyancy forces of float 8 and compensator varying as a function of a liquid level; switching-over unit isolated from a working medium by a diamagnetic wall. A portion of float 8 made in the form of a cylinder aligned with lever 7 is filled with liquid having a freezing temperature below a working medium temperature.
