SUBSTANCE: novelty in device is that it is provided with shell placed directly under needle at the end of bracket and having central hole at its bottom and longitudinal slit to receive thread material for pointed end of needle with eye to protrude from it when needle is in upper position. Stepped needle has longitudinal slit in thick portion and hole in middle portion.
