SUBSTANCE: grinder- activator has housing with discharge and charging devices, spiral member with fastening units for their ends, device for moving spiral end axially with respect to fastening units, formed as rolling members. Housing inner surface and outer surface of fastening unit conjugated with housing inner surface are provided with channels, at least one channels being made conical.
