FIELD: load-handling practice. SUBSTANCE: device comprises at least one twinned belt conveyor which presses down the piled bottom plates and rough-processed bags between its endless elastic belts positioned one above the other and fitting partly around two working cylinders 2 and 3 with an S-shaped trajectory or around more than two working cylinders, moving over a multiple S-shaped trajectory. Preferably, the twinned belt conveyor comprises two pairs of working cylinders 2, 3 and 4, 5 each being disposed symmetrically with vertical plane which is parallel with the axes of working cylinders.
