FIELD: microbiological industry. SUBSTANCE: disintegrator has working chamber with branch pipes and milling bodies disposed in working chamber, separating device formed as hollow rotor defined by disks and provided with channels. disintegrator is further provided with cooling jacket and throat with axially aligned microbial, suspension inlet channel and disintegration product exit channel. The channels are separated by annular wall of hollow auger, which is mounted in suspension inlet channel on rotor. Disks secured on rotor are provided with peripheral mixing members in the form of protrusions, which are equally spaced one with respect to the other by a distance equal to half the stroke. Auger mounted in disintegration product exit channel is rigidly secured on rotor and has coils oriented in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation of rotor. Above mentioned augers are concentrically mounted on different disks of rotor. EFFECT: increased efficiency and high quality of final product. 1 dwg
