FIELD: power-plant engineering. SUBSTANCE: lower web 2 of upper ring has holes 3 and slots 4 connected them. Upper trunnions of guide vanes are mounted in bearings 7 received by holes 3. Plates 8 for closing slots 4 are secured to lower web 2 by means of screws 9. End surfaces 10 of plates 8 are cylindrical in shape and are located concentrically relative to adjoining holes 3. Bearings 7 project above plates 8. Radii of holes 3 in lower web 2 are equal to those of cylindrical surfaces 10. Plates 8 are provided with pins 11 for locking them relative to lower webs 2. Lower ends of bearings 7 may be mounted for engagement with upper ends of blades. Bearings 7 may be made sectional consisting of steel body and ring made of antifriction material and secured to its lower end. Collars are fitted on trunnions. EFFECT: enhanced reliability, reduced leakage through closed guide vane assembly and reduced labour consumption. 4 cl, 6 dwg
