FIELD: plastic metal working. SUBSTANCE: device has upper and lower rolls between which commodity plate is subjected to pressure shaping. Lower roll is made in form of hollow working cylinder with core inside it. Core is provided with blind cylindrical holes which receive hydraulic loading devices to make hollow cylinder rest on the core in plane of working. Hydraulic loading devices are made in form of piston-type sealing members. Device for pressing the respective sealing member to the inner surface of hollow cylinder is made in form of blind cylindrical hole made in the sealing member with piston inserted in it, core secured on the bottom of the hole and working fluid supply passage made in the piston. Pressing the sealing member is effected by creating pressure in the closed chamber formed by the end of piston and bottom of hole of the sealing member. Pressure defines the force at which the clearance between inner surface of hollow cylinder and faying surface of sealing member is kept. Device is provided with means for limiting the motion of sealing member which is made in form of stepped holes made in the sealing member in which bolts with heads are inserted. Device is also provided with individual adjusting member for intermediate sealing members and external sensor of preset values. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 cl, 3 dwg
