FIELD: thermometry of environment. SUBSTANCE: temperature sensor has a sensitive element made in the form of two groups of bimetallic spirals each group comprising three spirals mounted in parallel planes. The inner ends of spirals are rigidly fixed to a stationary axle within which a movable axle with a disk provided with a circular code scale is located. The outer ends of respective bimetallic spirals of each group symmetric relative to the disk are attached to the ends of three auxiliary axles in parallel with the movable axle and passing through an opening in the disk. The sensor furthermore has code-reading elements the outputs of which are digit outputs of the temperature sensor disposed over the disk code scale, digital signal processing unit connected to the temperature sensor digit outputs. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy. 1 dwg
