FIELD: seismic survey. SUBSTANCE: device comprises framework with front and rear uprights. At one side the framework is mounted on a wheel joined to the driving drum while at the other side it is coupled to a transport facility by a cross-shaped joint. To direct the seismic pick-up at, and away from, the transport facility during winding and unwinding, there is a guide pipe mounted on the framework at an acute angle to the platform of the transport facility. Said pipe can be fixed in two positions above the wheel-drum. The lower end of the guide pipe has two articulated frames with hold-down and intermediate rollers and upper and lower openings opposite the wheel drum. This allows the seismic pick-up to be pressed against the wheel drum by the hold-down roller during winding, and against the intermediate roller inside the guide pipe during unwinding.
