FIELD: computer technology. SUBSTANCE: personal computers are known, which have network rectifier, secondary voltage stabilized converter, processor and interface. When designing computational networks and solving important problems, the computers are used together with expensive autonomous protection facilities, which have low efficiency. Accumulator, accumulator charging circuit, permanent voltage converter and voltage failure detector are proposed to be introduced into the computer circuit. That results to reduction in number of steps of power conventing, improvement in efficiency, reduction in sizes and cost of protection device. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 2 dwg
