FIELD: microwave range radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two metal screens, between which the dielectric substrate is disposed symmetrically. Two basic and additional strip lines are disposed on one and other sides of the substrate, basic and additional output strip lines disposed in align and correspondingly to the lines mentioned above, basic and additional strip resonators. Strip resonators are made in form of central surface of resonant sizes of odd type of oscillation. Possible geometric shapes of strip resonators are given and resonance sizes, which correspond to them. Variants of connection of basic and input and output strip lines are described either.
