Method includes straightening out of fur skin for width and length, drawing center line on leather cloth, superimposing of head-gear templet symmetrically on both sides of center line, cutting out of parts and joining of parts into pattern on which templets of area reduced by 10-15% are laid on, and marking their contour on skin leather cloth. Then, perforation is made on sections of leather cloth corresponding to forehead and head back parts and lower edge of head gear cap. Version 2. Method includes uniform straightening out of fur skin for width and length, drawing center line on leather cloth, superimposing of head-gear templet presenting flat parts symmetrically disposed on both sides of center line, cutting out of parts to templet contour and joining of parts into pattern on which templets of area reduced by 10-15% are laid on, and after joining of parts, perforation is made on sections of leather cloth corresponding to forehead and head back parts and to lower edge of head-gear cap.
