Means of feeding roll material to cutting zone is made in form of plate with hold-down. Plate is installed for reciprocation in horizontal plane. Means for unloading of cut parts from cutting zone to unloading zone is made in form of metal arm with grips. Arm is rigidly connected to side surface of deflecting upper cross-piece.
