FIELD: flour-grinding industry. SUBSTANCE: sifter has vibrating multisectional sieve body 1 with working organs made as sieve frames 6 with trays 10 and cleaners, placed on them. Side beams 9 of frame 6 have outlet windows 8 for output of a passing fraction. Tray 10 is made as a flat sheet with stops on its buts to fix a sieve frame. Cleaner has a concave form and is mounted on a support, contacting with a tray. Sifter bottom 18 has additional removable partitions 20 to form streams of ready products. Stationary partitions 19 on the bottom are made in the form of a labyrinth, made of two rings, connected by a transverse plate. Mass of a cleaner, vibration radius and width of cleaned sieve frame are in ratio of 1 : 1.25 : 4. EFFECT: sifter is used in flour-grinding industry. 2 cl, 6 dwg
